My legal question? Today a truck dropped some of it's load (stones) onto my BMW bonnet and chipped away some paint. I was not able to get the registration because he was travelling and I was stationery, I could also not follow him because there were too many cars obstructing me. I have found the name of the companies though, but I can't prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt. (There are two companies on that road in the direction in which the truck was heading who use stones, where I assume he was on his way to deliver the stones, it was nearly closing time for those two stores, therefore his rush to get there). I have a witness, a passenger who was in my car (my domestic worker who I was taking home). Any ideas of my legal rights?
